Determination of Percentage Increase Tool

Often after an Appraisal award has been handed down, the first thing many Appraiser’s do is to compare the Carrier’s original offer to the amount of the Award, to determine how much the Appraiser affected the net settlement.

While dollar amounts are usually used, I find that percentages and fractions often demonstrate these values better, and work very well if you are calculating an average increase, etc.

The tool below allows you to quickly determine percentages or fractions based upon inputted data. All you need to do is fill in two fields and the third one will be calculated for you.
